Nakheel will build a new shopping center on Palm Jumeirah

Nakheel, a well-known Arab Emirates construction company, plans to build a new shopping center on the artificial island Palm Jumeirah in Dubai to attract more tourists and new residents to the area.

The Pointe's new shopping complex will be located at the tip of the island, across the bay from the five-star Atlantis Hotel, The Palm, and will offer visitors food, drinks and various leisure opportunities. Negotiations on financing the project are conducted with several banks, which show significant interest in it. The work is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2013.

Nakheel also announced a partnership with another mall - Palm Mall, located on the island. It is planned that its retail space will be increased by 800-900 thousand square meters. foot.
