Dubai has 8 new public parks

The municipality of Dubai, within the framework of the 30th Plantation Week, which lasted until March 11 this year, has opened eight new public parks to the general public, most of which have ponds. In addition to the two parks opened at the end of February, two more parks were opened in March - in Al-Nahd and Al-Quse. Al Nahda Park has become not only the first recreational area of ​​the district, but also one of the best parks in Dubai. Occupying more than 14 hectares of land, the park in Al Nahd has one of the largest ponds in the city - 80,000 square meters. m of water cover 54.4% of the entire park. Al-Nahda Park, the creation of which cost the municipal budget 22 dirhams ($ US 6.1 million), in addition to representatives of the municipality, was opened by the chief of the Dubai Police, Major General Dahi Halfan Tammim. Also in March, visitors began to receive visitors to the “New Garhoud Park” in Garhud and a park with a pond in the Al Qusais 3 area - “Al Ghusais 3 Pond Park”. They will be followed by another park in Al Qusais - “Al Ghusais Residential Park” and a park in AlVuheida - “Al Wuheida School Park”.
