Jennifer, where did you get inspiration for the composition of the fragrance "My Glow"?
Inspiration for these spirits came to me from my life today, filled with happiness and the fulfillment of dreams. This special light shines on every woman during pregnancy and the moment her first child is born. I want to give My Glow perfumes to all women who would like to experience this intimacy and love.
Why did you decide to give your perfume such a name?
I thought that I want to share something personal with every woman. The name "My Glow" came to me from a feeling of love and joy of my motherhood. I really want my perfume to be extremely sensual and feminine.
When the concept of "My Glow" was created, what was your personal participation?
In fact, the whole concept of My Glow came from me. I wanted to convey the best moment in my life through aroma. It is impossible to describe it in words, but perfumes can contain these feelings, because aroma is always an emotional connection with other people. Thus was born the idea of spirits that really inspired me in this special period of my life.
Speaking of a special emotional connection between mother and child, tell me, did you manage to capture the essence of these relations in the fragrance "My Glow"?
The bonds that bind mother and child are not like any others - this is something that can only be understood when your own children are born. This is a surprisingly close relationship. My perfumes reflect all the tenderness and natural care, the huge all-consuming love and joy that you feel.
The bottle of these perfumes is simply charming. How was its design created?
I really wanted the bottle to convey serenity and joy. The cherub on its lid reminds me of a piece of the fragrant soap that is in the nursery of my house. This cherub has a completely angelic and innocent face, and the bottle itself, crowned with such an interesting vintage detail, becomes incredibly feminine and sophisticated. By the way, the cherub is a symbol of the famous expression that "every baby is an angel."
How has motherhood affected you and your work?
Motherhood has become the best period in my life. Now, more than ever, my inspiration goes beyond the limits that I previously could not even imagine. Everything that I do today is due to and in the name of my little angels. Having children made me think differently. Children really give life meaning.
