The first gourmet food store, Gourmet Station, opened at Oasis Center thanks to the efforts of the Landmark Group.
Gourmet Station, with a total area of 1982 m², is located on the third floor of the shopping center. The grand opening, which took place in early May of this year, was attended by general manager of Gourmet Station Michael Romero, heads and leading specialists of companies presenting their products in the new store. All guests present were invited to a culinary tour of the store to familiarize themselves with premium products.
For example, Justin Clark, founder and CEO of Orbis Foods, showed off a collection of luxurious coffees available at Gourmet Station. Tea products were presented by Vahe Tuysuzian, owner of Tea for Life. All guests of the presentation were able to try the rarest variety of tea in the world - Jasmin Dragon Pearls ("Jasmine Dragon Tears"). Exclusive chocolate supplier Daniel Hutmakher introduced the audience to the latest novelty - the Taste of Arabia chocolate collection, created specifically for the local region. Mark Allen of Wet Fish was introduced as a daily supplier of fresh salmon, halibut and other seafood brought from Europe and Asia. By the way, it is Mr. Allen who supplies fresh fish for sharks and dolphins at the five-star Atlantis Hotel. Meat products specially brought from Australia will be delivered to gourmets by Andrea Kapochchia. Chef Ingo Maass showed off his cookbook New Arabian Cuisine, which will now be available at the Gourmet Station store.
The interior design of the store, made in the American studio Pavlik Design Team, resembles small European streets where every customer can buy fresh bread, pastries and pastries, tea and coffee, meat and seafood, cheese and much more. Many food products, such as Australian marbled Wagyu beef, Yves Thuries chocolate from France, Italian olive oil Vallecoppa, sea salt from British Cornwall, Cottage Delight apple juice were introduced in Dubai for the first time.
In addition to all of the above, a personal assistant will help each client with the purchase of goods; Gourmet Station also has a home delivery service and offers a wide range of gift offers.
