The ruler of Dubai talked with residents and guests of the country via the Internet

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, ruler of Dubai, vice president and prime minister of the UAE, was the first leader in the Persian Gulf region who had a conversation with residents and tourists of the UAE through interactive communication on the Internet.

The first interactive session with Sheikh Mohammed was held on April 18 of this year on his official website www.uaepm. ae. The agenda was composed of issues related to the work of the federal government headed by him, as well as the development strategy of the emirate of Dubai during the global financial crisis. Everyone began to submit questions through a special form posted on the same site a week before the announced event, April 11th.

Sheikh Muhammad explained this initiative to hold a series of interactive Q & A sessions via the Internet with a desire "to be closer to the people and to give everyone an opportunity to get their answers to the most" painful "questions."
