As part of the BSTC meeting, the Abu Dhabi construction company demonstrates its promising projects: NOOR AL AIN and the Central Market

The famous international development company ALDAR PROPERTIES PJSC, which is based in Abu Dhabi, has become the "Platinum Sponsor" of the Regular Annual Meeting of the Middle East Council, which will be sold shortly. At this prestigious event, the company presented two of its large-scale projects, the Central Market and NOOR AL AIN.

The 13th meeting has already become a kind of platform for communication between the leaders of large shopping centers, wholesale organizations and service providers. BSTC has been operating in the Middle East since 1994 and today has hundreds of active members.

The meeting participants showed great interest in one of the most impressive ALDAR projects - the Central Market, being built in the business district of Abu Dhabi. This prestigious multifunctional complex, designed in accordance with the most modern technologies, will combine luxury apartments, international office space, branded shops of famous companies and a traditional Arabic souk (market). The base of the Central Market will be the unique Emporium shopping and entertainment center, conceived as the focus of the most luxurious stores in Abu Dhabi. Other notable elements of the complex will be: a residential building 382 meters high - the future tallest building in Abu Dhabi, a 59-story office center and two hotels.

The second project presented by the ALDAR group is Noor Al Ain, a large complex being built in the fourth largest city in the UAE - Al Ain, which is called the "city of gardens" in the region. This multifaceted project will include residential facilities, a hotel, a supermarket with an area of ​​more than 160,000 square meters. meters, facilities for recreation and entertainment, as well as a 24-story office building - the tallest building in Al Ain, equipped with the latest technology of the 21st century.

The annual meeting of the BSTC, held this year at the Dubai International Exhibition Center, is traditionally divided into two main parts - the Leasing Fair (rental fair) and the Trade Expo (trade exhibition). The rental fair attracts mainly the leaders of development companies specializing in the construction and management of shopping centers, leasing and trading companies, financial and investment organizations. As for the trade exhibition, it is a convenient platform for communication between representatives of all types of trading business.
