The second project presented by the ALDAR group is Noor Al Ain, a large complex being built in the fourth largest city in the UAE - Al Ain, which is called the "city of gardens" in the region. This multifaceted project will include residential facilities, a hotel, a supermarket with an area of more than 160,000 square meters. meters, facilities for recreation and entertainment, as well as a 24-story office building - the tallest building in Al Ain, equipped with the latest technology of the 21st century.
The annual meeting of the BSTC, held this year at the Dubai International Exhibition Center, is traditionally divided into two main parts - the Leasing Fair (rental fair) and the Trade Expo (trade exhibition). The rental fair attracts mainly the leaders of development companies specializing in the construction and management of shopping centers, leasing and trading companies, financial and investment organizations.
