Dubai, UAE. The United Arab Emirates has become the only Middle East country to be included in the top 20 of the global talent rating and ranked 17th in it, according to the Global Talent Competitiveness Index report.
The first place in the ranking of talent competitiveness was taken by Switzerland, the second and third - Singapore and the USA, respectively. In the ranking, it should be noted that European countries dominate and occupy 15 out of 25 places in it.
