In Sharjah, a seven-year-old boy drowned in the pool

A boy from Pakistan at the age of seven drowned in the pool of a house in Sharjah.

Pakistani boy Suhail Ahmed Nasser drowned in the pool of a residential building in Sharjah. Misfortune happened the day before he would have turned eight years old. The boy lived with his family in the Al Khan area. According to police, his relatives reported the accident.

When members of the Suhail family saw the boy drowning, they pulled him out of the water and tried to save him. Unfortunately, it was not possible to save Suhayl, relatives called an ambulance. The boy was taken to Al Qashimi hospital, where he died.

Police officials say they received the accident report at 19:30.

Police are currently investigating to determine if the negligence of the parents caused the tragedy.

It is worth noting that over the past two weeks this is the second time that children drown in the pool.
