A new promenade with a marina will appear in the Dubai Creek Harbor area.
Dubai, UAE. A new promenade with a marina called Creek Marina will appear in the Dubai Creek Harbor area in December this year. For visitors, a new direction for outdoor activities and walks will open in early 2019.
The embankment will house residential buildings, park areas, restaurants, cafes and entertainment centers. The boulevard will go around Creek Island Dubai. The promenade will be adjacent to the Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary flamingo reserve.
Creek Marina is known for the glory of the new Middle East Riviera. Its length will be from three to four kilometers, width - 250 meters. The marina will have 81 berths for yachts, as well as a yacht club with shops and restaurants. Also, 1,500 parking spaces for cars and an observation deck will be equipped on the promenade.
Creek Marina is also home to the stylish 286-room Vida Harbor Point hotel, which opens in 2019.
