Dubai's Atlantis The Palm Resort hosts the unique Cirque de Cuisine on April 19th. All restaurants, including Bread Street Kitchen, Ronda Locatelli, Seafire Steakhouse & Bar, which offer their specialties, will be open to night brunch visitors.
