The international hotel chain Hilton Worldwide intends to implement an extraordinary project in Dubai - the five-star Rosemont Hotel & Residences with an artificial beach and its own forest. The project will cost approximately US $ 300 million. The hotel will consist of two 47-story towers and a five-story connecting element. It is planned to equip 280 apartments in the first tower, and 450 luxurious rooms corresponding to the Curio by Hilton class in the second.
On the roof of the connecting structure, a recreation area of 7,000 square meters will be organized. m. Here the promised beach and forest will find their place. Among the other amenities of the future hotel are listed SPA-salon, wellness center, conference rooms and a suspended air pool. Rosemont Hotel & Residences is expected to open in June 2018 on the main Dubai highway - Sheikh Zayed Highway.
