Restaurant Overview

Solo

Solo is the real gem of Dubai, which few people know about. The newly opened Italian restaurant is worthy of all praise from those who understand and appreciate Italian cuisine. The chef, the notorious Corrado Pani, who worked for several years in the Ritz-Carlton and Westin kitchens, now presented his solo project, not only developing his menu philosophy, but also actively participating in the development of the restaurant's interior concept. The stylish loft, decorated with red bricks and multi-colored busts of cows, immediately sets you up for a playful mood with a touch of intellectual art house. But the main magic is happening in the kitchen. Corrado knows perfectly what he is doing. That is why every dish is saturated with the soul of sunny Italy - from Tuscany to Sardinia. Yes, yes, souls are so often lacking in Dubai restaurants, here you can be sure: each dish will leave you with a pleasant aftertaste for a long time. So, we recommend starting with pickled tuna tartare, which Corrado specially purchases in Japan because of its special taste. It is worth paying attention to burrata, which is cooked in Solo less caloric, while maintaining all the taste delights.

Many will also like pasta with seafood, olives and Sicilian tomatoes. Among the main dishes, the Chilean seabass in martinade from the Martini branzino al Martini deserves attention. The restaurant's unconditional favorite has a slightly sweet and delicate taste, and celery puree perfectly complements the ensemble. For dessert, take the famous Seadas from Sardinia, complemented by myrtle ice cream. The restaurant has an excellent selection of wines, which Corrado orders from familiar producers in Italy. In general, dinner at Solo is an evening of true Italy, a real feast of taste in a sophisticated setting. Those who understand food will certainly want to take a couple of master classes from the chef.

Caramel dubai

Everyone knows that DIFC is a place of concentration of many chic restaurants, and Caramel Dubai takes an honorable place among them. The restaurant is one of those establishments that would become a favorite place for Carrie Bradshaw and her friends if they all lived in the UAE. Despite its name, the restaurant does not look like a sugar house. It is more like a cozy living room where you can relax after a tiring working day.

The combination of materials such as natural wood and embossed stone with simple strict lines allowed the restaurant to take its rightful place among the most chic establishments in Dubai and attract an honorable clientele. The staff is courteous, the interior is not replete with defiant colors, the food is amazing, despite the fact that the dishes do not contain such delicacies as foie gras, caviar and truffles (although butter from truffles comes across). After enjoying snacks and main dishes, do not forget to leave a place for dessert, because they literally melt in your mouth.

Le Relais de l'Entrec te

Downtown Dubai recently opened the restaurant of the famous French chain Le Relais de l'Entrec te. The French steakhouse is known for offering its guests only one main course: steak and french fries, which are served with a secret recipe.

But how delicious it is! For appetizer, you will be served a vegetable salad seasoned with walnuts and mustard seasoning. Then they will bring the same signature steak, and for dessert you can finally choose from the menu a variety of classic French goodies. The first restaurant of this chain was opened in 1959, when the founder Paul Ginest de Sor decided to serve only steak and french fries in his restaurant. The idea paid off, and people from all over the world are still lining up. In addition to the original steakhouse in Paris, Le Relais de l'Entrec te restaurants are open in Geneva, Hong Kong, Doha, Riyadh, Bahrain, Beirut and Kuwait. For guests and residents of the city, crowded with a variety of institutions for every taste, this restaurant is truly unusual and worthy to visit.
