Charters from Moscow to Ras Al Khaimah will fly twice a week

Direct charter flights from Ras Al Khaimah to Moscow and back will be carried out twice a week from the end of October 2012 to the end of April 2013.

The relevant agreement was signed by the Tourism Development Authority of Ras Al Kheim and the Russian tour operator Natalie Tours, who will work in collaboration with the Emirate company Alfa Tours.

Thanks to these flights, the volume of tourist flow from Russia to the emirate is expected to grow by 7 thousand people during the planned period. Victor Lewis, chief operating officer of the Ras Al Khaimah Tourism Development Authority, said: “Russia has always been one of our target markets for future development and one of the main ones that will allow us to achieve a tourist flow of 1.2 million guests by 2013 year.

Together with our partners, we are confident that the emirate will prove its attractiveness as a popular tourist destination for Russians. "Alfa Tours will take care of guests arriving from Moscow. Transaero will act as an air carrier: there will be 156 seats in each liner ; they will fly on Tuesdays and Fridays.
