Ingredients:

For 4 servings:

  • 400 g trout fillet

  • 200 g broccoli
  • 200 g carrots
  • 200 g white onions
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 sprig of parsley, basil, chives, dill

Cooking method:

  1. Cut the fillet into large cubes, season with salt, pepper and saffron. Dismantle the broccoli into inflorescences, boil for 2 minutes, and place on the ice.
  2. Boil the fish broth, season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped onions and carrots. Boil for 1.5-2 minutes, add garlic and broccoli, chopped with petals, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  3. Fry the fillet in hot olive oil for 2 minutes, lay on the bottom of the soup plate, pour the broth with vegetables. Decorate with a bouquet of aromatic herbs.


Salad "flower-semitsvetik"

Tasty, healthy and surprisingly tasty salad made of fresh and boiled seasonal vegetables can become not only the beginning of a spring dinner, but also an excellent decoration of the festive table.

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

Dough:

  • About 5 cups flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 14 g dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 115 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanillin
  • 2 eggs

Above:

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1/2 cup half pecans (or walnuts)
  • 60 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Chocolate-nut layer:

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup white chocolate
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Cooking method:
