Ecological camp on the island of Al Nur in the emirate of Sharjah opens its doors to children and adolescents

Island Explorer's summer program will mainly be held in the island's one-of-a-kind butterfly park, which has become one of the most popular places in the emirate due to its huge emphasis on environmental conservation.

The park has more than 20 species of butterflies, the number of beautiful winged insects totals 500 individuals.

The program is divided into two age groups: 9-12 and 13-16 years old and is designed in such a way that children can spend their time as useful and interesting as possible: including studying the history of nature and the life of butterflies, in addition, camp guests will also have the opportunity to try themselves as employees parka.

Al Nur Island, with an area of ​​45,470 square meters in the Khalid lagoon in Sharjah, is a unique project with an avant-garde design that allows guests to explore nature in vast spaces. Established by the Investment Department of the Emirate of Sharjah (Shurooq) aims to strengthen the status of Sharjah as a leading cultural, tourism and investment destination in the region.
