February begins with the opening of a new hotel at Palm Jumeirah in Dubai.
This Friday, February 1, at the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai, the long-awaited W Hotel with 350 rooms opens.
The hotel will operate two new restaurants from famous chefs. One of them opens chef Akira Back. This is the first Akira restaurant in Dubai. It will serve Asian dishes, including those prepared according to recipes that have made the chef famous in the United States.
Another star establishment is the Torno Subito restaurant by Massimo Bottura. He also runs a restaurant in Italy, which received the title of "best in the world."
On the roof of the new W Hotel is the SoBe lounge, which will become a new popular holiday destination. The hotel also features the legendary Wet Deck pool area by W.
This is not the first hotel under the W brand in Dubai. W Al Habtoor City opened its doors in 2016, but was renamed in the summer of 2018.
