UAE's longest promenade with floating restaurants

DUBAI PROPERTIES GROUP, DUBAI HOLDING DIVISION, ANNOUNCED ITS UNIQUE PROJECT MARASI BUSINESS BAY.

He describes the creation of the longest embankment in the Emirates 12 km long with floating restaurants and cafes, shopping areas, residential houses by the water, entertainment facilities and five moorings surrounded by palm trees. Marasi Business Wow will be based on the Dubai Canal project and, according to the creators, should become the main attraction for the emirate in the future. It aims to strengthen the historical connection between Dubai and its sea arm by adding a fresh residential and tourist experience. Located along the Dubai Canal, this coastal center includes the longest pedestrian streets by the water and the richness of green spaces.

Marasi Business Wow will evolve in stages. The first phase, or Promenade, will be completed by September 2016, with the opening of the Dubai Canal project, followed by The Park and The Yacht Club. A significant part of the project will be implemented by 2020, and the general work will be completed by 2023. The total investment exceeds one billion dirhams US $ 272.2 million through self-financing in partnership with local financial institutions. Marasi Business Bay will be divided into three main thematic areas: yacht club, park and pier.
