Personal choice

From February 14 to April 6, the Moscow Garage Center for Contemporary Culture hosts the exhibition "Personal Choice: Works from Private Collections of Contemporary Art".
The exposition explores collecting in Russia both as a subjective phenomenon, which is based on an individual relationship between the owner and the work, and as a social fact in which a personal statement becomes a part of public life, and personal choice is inseparable from a sense of responsibility to others.

Within the framework of the project, visitors can see more than twenty works from private collections of the largest collectors of Russia - Dmitry Aksenov, Mikhail Alshibay, Leonid Blavatnik, Viktor Bondarenko, Olga Vashchilina, Andrey Gorodilov, Konstantin Grigorishin, Leonid Dobrovsky, Vladislav Doronin, Alexander Zhukov, Daria Zhukova and Roman Abramovich, Alexei Kuzmichev, Iveta and Tamaz Manasherov, Igor Markin, Margarita Pushkina, Dmitry Razumov, Catherine and Vladimir Semenikhin, Olga Slutsker, Vladimir Smirnov, Leonid Fridlyand, Ig Orya Tsukanov, Andrey Cheglakov.
